Donna is a native of Pineland, S.C. She received her primary education in the public schools of Jasper County. She attended Charleston Southern University where she received a B.A, in Education. She then received her master’s degree in education from Cambridge University in Boston, Mass.

For 20 years, Donna thrived teaching in the public school system in her native Jasper County. Donna became Judge Lynah when she began serving the community as a magistrate in 1995.

Now that Donna has retired from serving as a Jasper County Magistrate Judge, she is also a motivational speaker and is involved with many other local and national organizations and currently serves on the Antioch Educational Center Board. She has one beautiful daughter, Alexis, and one adorable granddaughter, Nalani.
