What is Guardianship?
Guardianship is a legal arrangement where the court appoints an individual or individuals to make decisions and act on behalf of a person who lacks the capacity to manage their personal affairs, property, or both. This appointment ensures that the needs and interests of vulnerable individuals are protected and properly managed.
