Qualifying For Our Free Legal Services

We want to help you find the legal services you need. If you qualify for our services based on our income guidelines and would like our team to assist you with your legal needs, please complete the pre-qualification form below. Our team will be back in touch within 1 to 2 business days. If we are not able to help you, we will provide referrals to other organizations that may be able to assist you.

DO NOT use the application if any of the following apply:

You are in immediate threat of physical harm and or currently being/abused.
You are not a resident of Beaufort, Hampton or Jasper county
You have a court date scheduled within the next two weeks.
You have received a Summons and Complaint for eviction that requires a response within 10 days.
You have any deadline with the court or an opposing party within the next 10 days.
